    Hi!

I've been reading a few discussions about button bouquets, I'm hoping to make one for myself and three bridemaids (as one of my bridesmaid's is allergic to flowers I thought it would be perfect!!) But not sure what wire to use or where the best place is to get it. Got loads of buttons just need a few sparkly/blingy ones to chuck in there :) xx

Sarah you will need to unrestrict your profile so member's can leave useful links on your wall

I would use floristry wire - it's really easy to work with (can be bent by hand), you can cut to length using scissors if you don't have any pliers to hand, will keep its shape once bent and comes in different thicknesses (for buttons you should be OK with any thickness). There are a number of floristry wholesalers who will allow you to order online, or if you only need a small amount you can buy some from your local floristy shop.

You can get round nose pliers and the little clippers for really cheap off the bay, that's what I did. Also, use florist wire as mentioned already. As for the thickness I'm not too sure.....about .5 of a mm maybe
