My wedding is hopefully in 22 months but when should I ask the people I want to be bridesmaids if they will be or not? My sister knows she is one without a doubt so it is just my other close friend who is like a sister to me but don't when or how to ask?
Any suggestions :)

I made the big mstake if asking girls last year to be bms but sunce then the friendships have changed alot mine is not for 2 years yesterday , but am planning on asking in a years time officialy but eill not be ones i asked originaly.
Met June 2009 on my Birthday,Met again July 2009 and got
together, May 2010 Moved in,Jan 2011 got pregnant,
August 2011 Got our own place, 2011 Had our Baby Girl,
Dec 2011 Got engaged, July 2015 Getting married! Yay!

I don't think my friendship will change with Heather, Lana or so I hope but since we may or may not have our wedding abroad - I think I might need to bite the bullet so to speak and ask her as she will definitely need to be there if I ask her ;)

Ask her next time you see her hun, especially as you are planning on marrying abroad. I never officially asked my 2 best friends to be bridesmaids, they just knew they would be! lol xxx

Ha ha :) I think she may have an idea anyway as I had to ask for her dress size yesterday :P Just not sure how to ask; whether to just bring it up with wedding talk or give her something asking her. A similar thing was in the DIY thread.
