Long sleeves are not really in season right now. You can get short sleeves however. Have you thought about maybe using a bolero or shrug with long sleeves?

on the bay of E you can buy loads of diff things just like victoriaL46 has said lace boleros etc and they come in long sleeves and you just put them over the actual dress and boom you have sleeves! xx
