Hi everyone, i was wondering if any of you knew anythng about the body wraps you can get, like a cream and then a sort of cling film type to wrap yourself up in.....apparently its supposed to help with inch loss and cellulite? was wondering if it actually works? any advice appreciated - thanks xxx

I've tried it once for a night out, it worked for a couple of hours but I wasn't overly impressed.

    I can't wait until 29/06/2013
The day I marry the man of my dreams!

A friend of mine had the universal contour wrap done and she said it did work but not like tonnes but she did lose a little and toned her up. Think for best results you need a course of them which can be expensive but you can buy the kit yourself and do it at home.

I used something like this last year. Was a home kit thing from b00ts. was a clay type cream thing you rub on your legs then there's these bandage things you roll around your legs/tummy etc. To be honest I didn't notice much difference but the whole process was relaxing and felt good lol I probably didn't do it right though x

i had one last year before my sisters wedding i was covered in a cream/clay wrapped in cling film then wrapped in bandages really tightly laid on a bad and covered with a foil space blanket i have to say it was really relaxing and it did work for a while its only a quick fix though i was measured before and after and some parts of my body like tops of my arms and thighs i lost about 1/2 and inch either side. think i lost about 2 of my tummy and hips it did make the dress sit better which was what i wanted it to do xx

All it does is draw out any extra water that you are carrying, so you end up losing a couple of inches due to this. But a couple of days later it will be back again. So if you are thinking of doing it for your wedding, have it done the day before as if you did it any sooner the effects would have worn off by the day xxx

i have them, they are really good before a night out...but its only temporary, so i think you may have to either do it the night before or even in the morning
