    Hi,

Was just wondering if there are any other brides getting married abroad & feel like they can't arrange anything really :(

Me and h2b are going out alone & i just feel that we can't arrange any themes with just us 2 & i can't plan anything till i'm out there.

Probably just having one of those days haha!
    xx

Well we live in Scotland and we're getting married in Ireland but is it more the "destination wedding" idea that you mean? I know there are lots of ladies on here who have gone abroad or will be going abroad for their big days so you're bound to get some good advice on how to manage :) My friends are getting married this September in France. It all comes as a package deal from the chateau we'll be staying at, could you do something like that? Only thing is they're not officially getting married there as the legal bit is tricky if you don't live there, so they're doing that at home before they leave and having ceremony and blessing when we're out there.

I do a bit, we're thinking of getting married somewhere like Cuba and chances are that very few if any of our people will be there, but we've decided to have a big blessing/party back home so we're going to treat that like our second wedding almost and have themes, colours etc then. So you could maybe do something like that if costs allow? Plus it means you get to dress up twice and have two parties! ;)

Yep thinking about the big party and blessing, just feel like i can't do a theme abroad because there is only 2 of us so no room to dress up but decided we will just have it at home after so i feel like i can still plan the wedding :D
