Not morning sickness... but salt/vingar crisps (esp Pringles) help with my Migraine nausea.

Pop to the local chemist and ask them for a sea sickness band. Its just like a bracelet that applies pressure to your pressure point on your wrist! That can help! Make sure you start eating the biscuits the second you open your eyes! hard I know but your suppose to do it before even getting out of bed as that is when your hormones start to "move around" lol..x

I was well annoyed with my morning sickness and ginger biscuits actually made me sick!!!!!

Do you work? Get out of bed slowly. So when you wake up, sit in bed for a while and let your hormones settle. Have water and biscuits (richtea/digestives) part of the reason for the nausia is hunger so having some biscuits as soon as you wake up may help. Otherwise it's all part and parcel of pregnancy I'm afraid.....It usually goes once you get to the 2nd trimester.
It is awful though, I feel so sorry for you, I really didn't like being pregnant but it's all worth it in the end (sorry cliche)
I got to the end of my pregnancy and I swore if one more person told me that 'It's all worth it in the end' I was gunna tear their heads off, lol. Hope you feel better soon.(((((hugs)))) xx

I've never been pregnant so I'm sorry I have no idea but I've heard that crackers help with morning sickness and in my experience any time I've felt nauseous crisps with lime in them (dont ask me why) seem to do the trick as does peppermint tea x

i had morning sickness with all 3 of my girls and ive tried lots of things but no matter how sick you feel you must try and eat it really does help ignoring it makes you feel worse, the sea bands help a little but they hurt my wrists, i tried ginger biscuits and drank ginger beer this helped, it does get better but trying dried toast, anything just keep eating even if you feel like your grazing all day its better than nausea... bless ya feel for you..

lol, u saying being sick at bad times of the day brings back memories. With both my pregnancies I was sick while I was driving. One of the times I was actually on my way to my scan and had to go in to my scan covered in sick. Luckily I work in the maternity department and know everyone so they just laughed at me! lol

Try Ginger beer and toast - The ginger beer to help with the feeling of being sick and the toast is a soft food so it wont hurt so much when it does come back up.

As a mum of 5 I had Ginger biscuits or (if you can stand to eat it) crystallised ginger before you sit up. Cup of tea delivered with either dry crackers/toast when you can stand to sit up then very slowly start to get up. This whole thing should take about 20 mins, might help with the nausia and should make you feel a bit pampered too.
Sea sickness bands are good too

Mostly, CONGRATULATIONS!!!! Its a fab journey you are on and I really hope it goes smoothly for you both :) XXXX

i through up every day for 4 months and it isnt nice, drinking milk before you get out of bed can help and a friend whos 'up stick' at the moment tried all the usual and none worked then she found these strips that dissolve in your mouth? i think you rub them on your gums but she swore by them. also nibbling actual crystalized ginger was quite good as the content is higher. hope you feel better soon and congratulations
