We looked at a few online in Bradford-on-Avon, we found some lovely ones there. We are getting married just outside Melksham, a country house hotel - it was the only venue we actually went and looked at and we fell in love with it straight away :-) xx

Yeh, there are some lovely venues, if I had looked at any more I'd have been torn lol. We ended up viewing 4 in the end, but the one we booked is the only one we both liked and thought "this feels right" straight away. Just hope it all comes together on the day.

Thanks, been engaged for almost a year but only just really started planning. We're thinking possibly at the moment registry office wedding, then to have the reception at La Grotta, trying to get a meeting set soon to discuss with them

Im Getting married near weston as I'm from bristol but live in kent now, mum still lives in Nailsea just outside bristol. Be great if ladies can recommend suppliers in the area as it's hard for me to find people not being able to pop up very often!

Bristol bride, wedding booked for Dec 2016. Bristol Marriott 'wedding world' have a wedding fair 2moz full of local suppliers. Free tickets available on the website. I'm excited to get started with the organising and see what the local businesses have 2 offer :)

Hey Helen, you may want to edit your post because at the moment it goes against forum rules. Directly mentioning brand /company names is deemed as advertising but you can disguise the name (I.e. bay of e, [email protected] etc).
Also we're not allowed to post links but you can pop the link on your profile wall and point people in that direction :-)
