We're having a hog roast and a cold buffet to top it up. More cost effective and everyone is looking forward to it xx

We're having the "starter" served as the canapes during the cocktail hour and when we proceed to the actual meal it's going to be a carvery with Pork, Turkey, Beef and Venison with a veggie stroganoff and all the trimmings. No dessert because we are having a sweetie buffet and chocolate fountain for after in the evening.

Hello we are having a hot buffet that's half Italian and half south American so fingers crossed there will be something for everyone and half the price =] x

we are getting married at 3pm and having a BBQ instead of a sit down meal. We were hoping to invite everyone to the whole day but the Church isn't big enough! So the plan is to have the 'day' guests at the Church and then all of our guests will be at our reception venue as the difference in cost means we can feed everyone a BBQ and then have bacon/sausage/egg butties later on in the evening and STILL not spend as much as we would have by going for the initial sit down meal choices! Everyone we have spoken to about it is really looking forward to it too!

We thought of having fish & chips to go with our seaside/shell theme but decided to have them as canapés followed by sit down meal and then BBQ in the evening..
