hey guys getting a wee bit worried as i ordered my tiara from UKbride supermarket 16days ago and still no sign :-( i have emailed the seller and they havent got bak to me. Really hope it comes within the next week as i have my first dress fitting next week and wanted to see what it looked like with the dress on :-( sorry just having a moan xxx

part of me is wondering y it is taking so long and y the supplier isnt emailing me bak!! then i feel guilty and think well maybe its being handmade and thats y its taking longer?? hmph!! lolxxx

I bought something from the supermarket before and got in touch with the supplier as it hadn't arrived either and was told my order had been cancelled and I should be getting a refund. I then got in touch with ukbride directly (who issue the refund) who were able to give me a little more information so I would get in touch with them if I were you xx

Btw you have no reason to apologise for a little moan. I'm not one to complain but I sometimes feel that businesses forget a bit of customer service x
its STILL not here and still ignoring my emails!! ive found a contact tel number for the supplier so il try get in contact with them and if i still get no response il get in touch with ukbride directly. . .never buying from the supermarket again!! xxx

the number is goin straight to answer machine so ive left a message but whats really worrying me is that im trying to email them AGAIN and for some reason every time i send it its failing?? but when i sent them emails last week it was sending no problem?? think i need to contact UKBride coz im now livid!! xxx

hun its nothing to do with UKBride ..... the suppliers pay to be here ... the management have no say over thier business
its just so fustrating, and its put me off using the suppliers on here :-( if i havent had a call or email bak by tomoro i will contact trading standards xxx

depending on the type of email address, some bouce back if the inbox is full - which may happen if the person selling is away on holiday etc. If you hear nothing at all within the next 1-2 weeks I'd worry then, I ordered a headband from a non-supermarket site and it took nearly 4 weeks to arrive - from Oxford, and I'm only in Bristol - could have driven and picked it up myself in under 2 hours!

really hope u get it sorted, its not nice putting faith in these companies and not even being able to contact them when things r not as expected. i think a company would do well just being honest, even if it means u wouldnt get what u ordered, honesty would always be appreciated. fingers crossed for u they get back in contact and let u know whats going on x
p.s. if companies who pay to be on here mess ppl around can we give reviews somehow on here and they be taken off of the list of suppliers? just dont think they should be linked with ukbride if they let ppl down even if they r paying for their advertising!

i totally agree FutureMrsPite i think it would be very helpful to the B2B's using this site to be able to see reviews of the suppliers. As although i totally get that UKBride are not responsible for the suppliers that pay to use this site for advertising, i also think that they shouldnt be linked with UKBride if they are messing people about :-( xxx

i totally understand what you are saying babe .... but as far as holding UKB respnsilbe .... would you also hold FB responsilbe for a supplier who advertises on there ?
i dont hold UKBride responsible at all i just agree with FutureMrsPite that if there was any chance we could write reviews of the suppliers we have used on the site i think it would be very helpful and stop the same thing happening to other people xxx

hiya yeh guys i FINALLY found them on facebook and left them messages there and they got bak to me over facebook altho it was pretty vague. They said for somereason they had only just got the invoices from the UKBride site and so that is why there is a delay. They still cannot give me a estimated date of delivery :-( ive got my dress fitting on monday and really wanted to see my tiara on with my dress!! but hey i suppose i should be relieved they contacted me back altho over the phone or my email address would hgave been a bit more professional than facebook! xxx
