I would love and give anything to be able to be a stay at home mum when we have kids.. I'd clean and cook while he was at work earning money to put food in our children's mouths.. I'd greet him with a smile and make my kids soooo excited that daddies home etc... I wouldn't be washing up though ! Lol.. And he can do the early morning baby shift on weekends seeing as I'd be doing it all week so he wasn't tired for work ! It would be equal duties while he was off work though..

The rest is a load of tosh ! Lets just say my TROUSERS are firmly buckled whilst his fall down a bit every now and again ;-) lol.. Xxx

I'd be very bored staying at home as we don't plan to have kids and I know how I get if I'm not working - suffice it to say, it's not a pretty sight :P I also hate cleaning with a passion - I only do it because it's necessary, not because I enjoy it.

Sorry but today's totally different to the 1950s lol this made me giggle the way I see things you both do stuff equally like children chores, family time, nights out together and seperate both need your own time! I'm a stay at home mum only until our youngest is in full time school next year I will then be helping out with my hubby's business part time I want to be the one who takes our kids to school and picks them up etc no one else is going to do that for me x

I am not sure I would like to be a 1950s wife. As a teacher I tend to get a little bored in the long holidays and with today's technology house work etc is done in a jiffy. I like to cook and look after Chris as it is so I guess it wouldnt be much different.

ha!ha! this is a funny topic, I already do most of this anyway but my partner does help out when he stays over, and when I cook he washes up and vice versa, it'll be pretty much the same when we move in together, i'm not currently working at the moment but am looking for a part time job.
is it bad that I want to know what the call from a wrong number was about? lol xx

Well I'd be a rubbish 1950's housewife, mainly because monday-friday I'm not home when he gets back from work.... I'm normally 3 hours into my own 10 hour shift!! That being said I do make sure he has a home cooked meal to come home to every night (the slow cooker is my best friend) but this is more for my daughters sake, if I left the cooking down to him she would have spaghetti hoops on toast every night lol.
I might show this to him and tell him this is what I expect him to do for me when I get home from work at 1am just to see how angry he gets hehehe
