Sam and I just wanted to say a huge thank you, to you and the team at Birchwood for making our wedding evening so special for us.

We had the best time and everything went amazingly. From the setup, decor, food, drink and more, it was all fantastic and we couldn’t have hoped for it to go any better.
We have had lots of comments on how nice the canapés and bbq were (especially the burger canapés, they went down really well!!), and thanks to the chef for arranging the veggie bits as I had some and they were some of the best veggie bbq I’ve had. The whole service and bar team were great and were so helpful and professional. They all made it so easy for us to enjoy our evening and we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

But mostly thank you to you for all your hard work over the last couple of years, not only to rearrange everything to our new date but to make it all happen so seamlessly, and accommodating all our requests. We couldn’t have done it without you. We were overwhelmed with how amazing everything looked and went.

It’s a great venue for an event which lots of guests kept saying to us too. Please do pass on our thanks to the team for us and if you wouldn’t mind forwarding my email to the venue manager for their information that would be great.

We had the most amazing day and thank you and Megan for your help in making the day as brilliant as it was. The staff who worked on the day were absolutely great, we had the best day and the rooms looked so beautiful.

The hard work put in by the team made our day run smoothly. Every detail was taken care off and the staff went over and beyond to make the day extra special. The food was on point and presented like a Michelin style restaurant.

Birchwood Golf and Country Club is simply stunning with gorgeous views overlooking the golf course. Our package also includes 3 course wedding breakfast, chair drapes, backdrop lighting, DJ, italic mr and mrs sign and photobooth. The ceremony is in the same venue. It’s our second marriage and we need to ask for monetary gifts for our honeymoon otherwise we can’t afford it. We wouldn’t have it any other way though and our wonderful coordinator Victoria Hodder has been fantastic in organising throughout. We can’t wait now!

Our coordinator has taken all the stress away by continued communication and help with everything which needs to be done. They have given a clear outlook on paper with timings etc which has made things easy to organise with third parties. The views are beautiful and I have already organised a good golf session in the morning of the wedding with the groomsmen whilst the bridal party get ready :)
