Experience a wild wedding like no other, right in the heart of Bedfordshire. Head into Woburn Safari Park and you’ll find the Woburn Estate’s most unique wedding venue, The Safari Lodge.

Providing an exceptional location for weddings and receptions, some of the wilder residents could even work their way into your special day.

Overlooking both the Swan Lake and the Desert Springs enclosure, The Safari Lodge provides an undeniably out of the ordinary backdrop for your wedding and your guests may even be able to spot some of the nearby animals, including meerkats and otters, as they look out across the park.

The Lodge can be set up for ceremonies, dinner and dancing, with the option to have champagne served on the veranda upon arrival. The adaptability of the venue also means that you can personalise your day further by choosing from a range of alternative dining options, from BBQ's on the terrace, to 3 course banqueting indoors, for up to 220 guests.

We love Woburn
Our venue have been exceptional in the current circumstances. We have unfortunately had to change our date twice during to Covid-19 and on both occasions the team have been supportive and understanding. We have met with the team on several occasions and been to event to look at suppliers, Woburn are always professional and keep us informed always.

We cannot wait to get married at the Safari Lodge and I'm sure our big day will be worth the wait.

What an amazing venue, affordable even with all the amazing little extras we have added from hiring the swan boats and bouncy castles, to photos in the day with the elephants, not forgetting the safari for the guests, I couldn’t think of anything better, a day to remember, I can’t thank ashleigh and Joanne for helping us organise our big day

Our Wedding Ceremony & Reception Day.
Absolutely Fantastic, could not of gone any better, this was our second date due to the Pandemic, after being engaged for over 5 Years, we have been together 12 Years, the sun shone on our Reception Day in August 2021, and it was lovely and warm, we had too have the Reception on a separate Date to the actual Ceremony (Sunday 18.10.2020), because of the restricted 15 Guests, the Decor was brilliant, the Ceiling Drapes and back drop behind the top table, the food a luxury BBQ was awesome they even cater for Vegetarians, everyone had an excellent time, the Staff were great and the extra bit is that after the Park Closes you can walk around the Safari Park exclusively, the time flew by so fast we did not have enough time to do this, the waiting and bar staff were superb, so knowledgeable, there are extra animal encounters I.E. meet the Meerkats and the Elephants for an extra charge, plus you can have a ride on the swan pedal boats also for an extra charge, the venue and grounds are clean and tidy, the coordinator is so informative, there is so many different packages too choose from depending on your budget, there is also a free bouncy castle for the Children to keep them entertained, overall Stunning & Splendid.
