My first tip is not to cut corners . When booking the caterers explain in full detail of the service you require and the food menu . Give the full amount of people or to the nearest tenth person .

Secondly is organisation . Always be organised and on time . If you got certain people doing a certain job make sure they know what they are doing .

Finally my last Tip is to be on time . Food can get cold leaving guest unhappy and giving a bad review to the caterers .
