Our Ethos

Our ethos is that we work with you in a bespoke and unique way and we approach every event with a blank piece of paper. All of our menus, our preparation and service for both food and drink is crafted around your ideas and plans so you have a truly unique experience.

Our Approach

We meet with you or discuss on the phone after you make contact and ask you lots of questions. How you met, what food you enjoyed growing up and any memories you share of first dates, engagement and family meals. We then bring this together with the ideas and plans you have for your wedding day and then craft a menu and format of service for your day.

When you have made about 90% of your decisions on your menu, we'll then prepare a menu tasting for you and typically a couple of friends and / or parents, just like a small dinner party.

You get chance to meet us, ask lots of questions and we talk through ingredients, preparation and how you would like your guests to be cared for on the day. We then keep in touch right up to the wedding day in terms of guest numbers, dietary requirements and any last minute things you may need.

We provide everything you could need for your catering - linen, crockery, tableware, matching wines etc and we have a clear and simple payment approach so you can see exactly what you're paying for without any complicated terms or additional charges.

How Did We Come To Be

Our Co-founder, Jonathan Carter-Morris, was planning his own wedding and having a hospitality background of over 20 years, had a clear idea of what he would like on his wedding breakfast menu.

He couldn't find a caterer that could accommodate what he was looking as many had a fixed menu approach, so much so that he ended up planning and setting up a kitchen himself, brought together a kitchen team as well as a front-of-house team and catered for his own wedding.

Coupled with co-founder, Marc Hornby, who similarly has a strong background in hospitality and events was frustrated with the mass catering and impersonal nature of front-of-house - particularly being served the wrong dish at virtually every dinner as he's vegan. Both Jonathan and Marc decided to develop a bespoke, client-led catering company that puts the client first and deliver literally anything that the bride and groom would want from their wedding catering.

What Do We Do That Makes Us Different

We have a bespoke and client-led approach. We ask clients lots of questions and craft a menu around you and your ideas for your wedding day.

We also take a lot of hassle out of your wedding planning as we are a full-service caterer and can provide food, drinks, bar, evening food, canapés and all manner of dishes that you may need.

Our approach is to ensure that every guest has a personal experience and we really go out of our way to ensure our team are empowered on the day of the wedding to take care of every guest.

We don't charge for our menu tastings and we prepare these as small dinner parties for you, either in your home or at your venue. We can set-up a kitchen anywhere and have created these in marquees, yurts, gardens and stately homes.

We ensure that our clients have everything that they need from us so that every aspect of food and drink catering is taken care of.

Our team will host your guests and ensure every guest is 'looked-after' so they feel as special as you do on your big day

Top Wedding Tips

It's your first meal together as husband and wife. Take the opportunity to think about your favourite foods, favourite experiences together and make sure it's a menu that you'll enjoy

Decide on timings and format. Working out what you'd like to happen during your wedding day can help you decide on the type of food you could serve your guests and when guests may be hungry!

Ask your caterer to be clear on what they provide and will do for you. It may seem obvious, but for piece of mind do make sure you know what will be provided for you and what you need to arrange.
