Planning your wedding day should be an amazing journey. One where, as you finalise each of the individual aspects of your day it builds a level of excitement, and anticipation. Only surpassed by seeing all of those components come together on your big day, to create the perfect wedding that you have dreamed of for so many months or even years.
Your wedding cake plays a key part in helping to create memories of your special day that will last a lifetime.
The cake selection process should be fun, stress free and leave you with a feeling of confidence, that when you see your cake for the first time it will be exactly as you pictured it in your mind, if not better!
Your wedding cake is important to me, as is the experience you have before, during and after booking your wedding cake.
Before booking your wedding cake with me you’ll have the opportunity to attend a face to face consultation and tasting session, a service I provide free of charge.
The consultation is an opportunity for us to meet and find out more about each other. In my purpose built cake studio, based in Enfield, North London, we'll discuss your wedding plans and any ideas that you may already have for your wedding cake. You'll have an opportunity to ask me questions and try a variety of delicious cake samples, all freshly baked from scratch.
By the end of the consultation I will have a very good idea about the kind of wedding cake you are looking for, and sometimes more importantly, what you’re not looking for!
Following every consultation I spend time reviewing my notes, and preparing sketches based on our discussions. We'll continue the post consultation communication via email, where I'll share the sketches with you and you can provide feedback and make additional suggestions.
At no point during this process are you obligated to use me as your cake designer. My aim is to provide you with as much information as possible so that you can make an informed decision.
If you do decide to book your wedding cake with me you’ll receive access to your own personalised, password protected client page, securely hosted on my website. I created these pages so you would always have access to all the information regarding your wedding cake choices, so you’d never have to think ‘Have I made the right choice?’, or wonder ‘Has she forgotten me?’ or ‘Is she delivering on her promises?’. Your client page is accessible only to you via a unique link. Your page contains everything from your agreed colour scheme, inspiration pictures, information sheet and links to other suppliers that may be able to help you with your big day.
