Beautiful venue for our day

The venue is absolutely gorgeous and incredibly well priced! Can't wait for my wedding in June 2024.

When we went to visit Marwell during a wedding showcase, we never expected to book our wedding for the same year! It was amazing and everything we could have ever hoped for. We have had a bit of confusion in regards to our wedding coordinator as we have had communications with a few people but since we have been talking told Emily is our coordinator, she has been amazing, her communication is really good and she replies quickly to our enquires.

We love the Marwell Hotel SO much… the function rooms are great, the surroundings are beautiful but most importantly the staff are amazing!!
Every one of them is friendly and helpful have loved our stays at the hotel and literally cannot wait for our wedding day!!!!!

The wedding team have been incredible so far! Nothing is too much to ask and they’ve been keeping frequent contact!

Marwell Hotel means so much to us as a couple and we can’t wait to get married here! Meg, our wedding co-ordinator has been amazing and so helpful so far!

Me and my fiancé Sam had been on the hunt for our perfect wedding venue in Southampton and as soon as we walked into Marwell hotel we knew it was the one! The lovely Elise welcomed us, offered us a drink of our choice and took us through to the Oakwood room. Wow!
The big windows on the sides and ceiling make it beautifully light inside. The six chandeliers running parallel along the middle of the ceiling caught our eye by virtue of its sparkle! I could vision myself walking down the isle between them. The room as a whole is huge! Plenty of space for up to 200 people and has its own private bar which opens out onto the courtyard patio.
Outside of the room there is acres of stunning woodland making the perfect scenery for photographs. We also recently went for our menu tasting and the food and wine is fantastic!! We found it very hard to choose! The service was helpful and friendly, we’re so happy we chose Marwell hotel and can’t wait to say I DO here next year

The oakwood suite is beautiful and doesn't need much more decor to make it look even better. The chandeliers and hard flooring give it their delicate feeling.

Marwell Hotel have been completely amazing, especially considering the COVID-19 pandemic. Our wedding planner/coordinator, Elise, has been so helpful the whole way through our planning process. My parents are not married, neither are any of my siblings, so planning has been daunting for me, but Elise and the wedding team at Marwell Hotel have answered all our questions to the best of their ability and been with us every step of the way. In the first meeting they provided us with all our options for meals, rooms, drinks and everything between, helping us to find the best package for us. Sadly, we did have to delay our initial wedding date due to the pandemic, but yet again the wedding team at Marwell were amazing and helped us move it free of charge. They’ve been so understanding of the delays we have faced due to the pandemic and I couldn’t recommend the venue anymore than I already do! Great job to everyone at Marwell Hotel!!
