Photographers Tips

Relax & Enjoy! Your day will pass by quickly, so be sure to enjoy every moment!

It is never too early to start looking for your Bridal Gown and here at Brides Visited we pride ourselves in helping you fine the right shape and style to suit you

Meet the photographer before booking! A dull and boring photographer will definitely reflect in your photos!

A Photographer that offers what you want; makes your day special and makes you the center of attention.

Ensure you and your photographer have a legal contract in place

Always fully discuss all your wishes and expectations with your photographer and ensure that notes are taken and where at all possible have a practice shoot at the wedding location.

Ensure your Photographer has back up equipment. If the camera or lens breaks, what will they do without back ups.

Be happy, go with someone you are relaxed with, remember you're going to be spending a long time with them

Ask your photographer for a wet weather plan

When looking at photographers, ask them to show you a full wedding so you know they can handle the whole thing and not just get a couple of lucky shots.

Practice your smile, and get your partner to practice as well!

Enjoy yourself and the camera will do the rest

Meet with your photographer before the wedding (even if its a video call). We probably with you longer than anyone else on the big day so it's always nice to get to know you both a little before hand.

When choosing a photographer look for lots of experience and always look at samples of their work, is everything presented professionally ? If not then the photographer is not serious about their work

Other than your rings; only your photographs are the one true thing you will take forward from your day for the rest of your lives together. Can you really afford to hire a cheap wedding photographer?

Don't just choose someone on price, cheap isn't always good & good isn't always cheap

Choose a photographer that you feel comfortable with. This is a very personal day and you need to be able to laugh (and cry) without feeling uncomfortable.

Don't ask a mate with a nice camera to photograph your wedding. They can't be both the photographer and a guest.

Your wedding day will go so quickly. Make sure you enjoy every minute of it.

Enjoy all your moments, Share your photographs with your children and grandchildren.
