Weddings planners are no longer exclusive to the rich and famous or Hollywood elite – not only is the whole process incredibly simple and stress free, it will actually save you money in the long run, whatever your budget.
When you choose to work with Sarah Turnham Weddings and Events Planning your project will be handled exclusively by myself. You will have my mobile phone number, it will be me on the day ensuring everything runs smoothly and me working tirelessly beforehand to make it that way. However, I am supported by other team members, leaving me to concentrate on planning your big day and who will occasionally help out at larger events.
Ideas and Themes
Sometimes the most difficult and pivotal part of the planning process is deciding in a theme. After a free consultation we will develop a number of themes to suit your personalities and allowing you to kick start the planning process. You are then free to keep one or all of the themes for you to refer to during the planning stages.
Venue Search
We listen to your requirements and after thoroughly researching the desired location we will shortlist several possible venues within your budget and meeting the highest possible standards.
Supplier Searches
If you are having trouble finding the right caterer, cake or car then leave it to me. I have the right contacts, recommendations and knowledge to know where to look.

Full and Bespoke Wedding Planning
We will discuss your day with you in a complimentary ‘no obligation’ consultation and put together a detailed pricing structure and proposal. We will also be happy to start with just a venue search or to go through ideas and themes with you if you are unsure whether the full wedding planning package is right for you and will take off the cost of this from the full package.

Top Wedding Tips
First of all take your time, don’t rush into everything Sit down together. Work out what your budget is. What your style is and how many guests you would ideally like to invite.
Make it as personal as possible When you sat down and looked at what your style was, did you come up with any design ideas or would you like a particular theme? Make sure your style of wedding fits.
Have a problem fighter Finally make sure that there is someone there on the day that can deal with any problems, consider hiring an ‘On the Day Coordinator’ but it could be a friend or family member.

Meet the Owner
Working as a Wedding Planner in Norwich is not just a job for me. It’s truly a passion and I’m the luckiest woman in the world getting paid to do what I love! While at university in May 2000 I started organising events, combined with a part time job in a florist, my passion for wedding planning was born. Having organised events in a variety of roles ever since, I always knew that my calling was wedding planning. I then trained specifically at the Wedding Planner School in September 2009 and set up Sarah Turnham Weddings and Events in December 2009. I love being able to help everyone get the wedding of their dreams. By showing them the best way to create the most special wedding, to completely match their personalities. I truly believe that there is always a way to get exactly the wedding everyone wants. While still staying in the budget they would like or need. Coupled with unrivalled experience comes my knowledge of suppliers, artisans and tradesmen that I think are worthy of recommendation. I am totally independent and receive absolutely no incentives from any supplier to recommend you, but benefit from the mutual respect of working alongside genuine professionals.
