The perfect and most fun wedding day we could have
We had the perfect wedding day at Westerham Golf Club and were absolutely delighted with everything from start to finish on the day. I would definitely recommend the venue and it is excellent value for money. Westerham was the first venue we visited and after subsequently visiting lots of other venues nothing really compared. The function rooms are beautiful and having such a large space in the main room is ideal as it means you can have all your guests in one area, even if you are a large wedding, with plenty of room for dancing. We had 160 guests and a Ceilidh and Greek Dancing and the space was perfect to accommodate all of this. The room looks beautiful as it is and so you do not need to add much in terms of decoration, we had fairly lights from Bows which gave the perfect Christmas wedding look. Westerham is a great venue if you want help with all the organisation as they take care of most things meaning you don't have too much to worry about. Bobbie and Cheryl were both amazing and were able to advise us and make recommendations where we needed them. All in all planning the wedding was nice and relaxed and Bobbie and Cheryl made it an enjoyable, exciting and largely stress free experience. On the day everything was fantastic, including the food and organisation. Everything ran perfectly to time which we were not expecting! The views and settings for photographs are beautiful. One small thing for improvement; when choosing your wedding food you can only try two things from each course between you to make your choice. This is a shame and it would be better if you could try more options. We ended up needing to try additional mains to make our choices. Having said that we were delighted with the food we chose on the day, as were our guests. Thank you to Westerham, in particular Bobbie and Cheryl, for giving us the perfect and most fun wedding day we could have imagined!
