Meet the Owner
I am the owner of Ooy Thai Food and I cook everything from scratch. I use only the highest quality and freshest ingredients. For example, we use olive oil for cooking; coconut oil for deep frying and Himalayan salt is used in our dishes. I also specialise in Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten-free food, and all my food are nut-free. What makes us unique is instead of using sugar, which can make some Thai food unhealthy is my use of monk fruit as a substitute. Tasty, delicious and low in salt and sugar! Try us!
