Hi brides. We have booked our wedding date and most of our suppliers are booked! We are getting married June 2018 but decided not to send save the dates when would you suggest sending invites to people?

We're getting married the beginning of June 2018 and we're thinking sending the invitations out in February and RSVP by start of April probably.

At least 6 months or so before I'd say. We got married in the Oct & sent invites out in the April before.

Check when your catering need the food orders and final numbers etc and when your other suppliers for seat covers etc need to know too, work backwards from there and allow time to chase the stragglers! We sent our invitations out at the end of November for a March wedding as we didn't want them getting caught in the Christmas post. We had sent save the dates though (as it was Easter weekend).

Our wedding is 29th June 2018 and we're sending our invites out after Xmas. I thought if we send them out before xmas they may get put to 1 side or mixed up with Xmas cards with it being such a busy time of year so afterwards may be better. Still plenty of time to RSVP 😊

I sent mine already and I get married 22 June next year. That way we have definitely numbers to go to our caterers with so we get accurate quotes xx

I am getting married early May 2018, and am sending my invites early January. We have told all of the day People the date in person or by text already.

We get married right at the start of May, it's also a school day (wanted May and that was the only available date, saved tons of money though ahha!) and have sent ours over the past week.. We do need RSVP back for mid Jan for all the personalised bits, meal options and to chase up any missing! X

We sent our day ones in Jan and night ones in March, and get married next month. Wanted to leave plenty of time for chasing day RSVP if we needed to. And to sort menus and numbers for venue for the meal

Snap! Also getting married June 18 and didn't bother with save the dates, in the final stages of making our invites to send out the end of this month with rsvp'd due by Dec. Thought that would be ok for everyone x
