Who else is going to The Wedding Show? I have booked VIP tickets for my daughter (bridesmaid) and I so that we can have a real girly day checking stuff out as well as Mother/Daughter time. I'm so looking forward to it.

That's a pity Lucy. I got an offer through which meant the VIP tickets were £28 each. To me it was worth the money to involve my daughter because we rarely see each other although we speak every day.

From a suppliers point of view it would be good to know if you are going just to look, or are you going with the intention of booking something for the wedding ?

I managed to get free tickets to the london one (I think it may have been through Bridebook?). It was really great and we got lots of ideas as well as a couple of purchases on the day!

I got VIP tickets to the Manchester one last year. It was definitely worth paying the extra for the goodie bags we got.

Maxine B, I have my dress but I am looking for ideas, bridesmaid dress, flowers for my hair, looks and clothes for the men in the bridal party, CAKE, possibly favours etc, etc. I will be looking for genuine suppliers (I am fed up already of trying to find caterers ... they either ignore e-mail requests or if they give a initial quote don't follow up when I want to meet to discuss). The fact I can have a Mother/Daughter day is a plus.

I'm going VIP to the Birmingham show with my sister and some friends, I have been a few times now as MOH but first time when I'm the bride!

Does anyone know if it is just local suppliers ie. London there, or from all over?🤔

It can be useful to see what suppliers are going to be there and have a quick skim - it was totally busy and overwhelming when I went with my sister! This time I'm going to make a shortlist of 'must visit' suppliers or types of supplier and then browse and enjoy! :)

My and my sister went to the one in February it was very good for my sister but I knew what I wanted so wasn't really useful for me
