Hi I'm struggling to find a more traditional photographer. I'd love formal group shots of the wedding party and family and friends etc, but it seems most photographers pride themselves on not posing people and only taking natural shots, not getting in the way of the day etc. I would still like these natural, journalistic pictures of nice moments but I'd like the traditional photos too! Im not crazy on the millions of pictures of the brides shoes from every angle kind of thing i keep seeing ! I'd flick past all that in an album! I'm getting married in Northumberland so if anybody could recommend North East photographers that would be great thanks :)
Hi If that is what you want then they should do that for you, you are paying them after all :)
I don't understand why they don't want to do formal shots ... it is your day and not theirs. Hope you find someone that will give you what you want.
Duncan McCall, I loved all of his work he brought to show us, seems a really nice guy. Using him for my wedding this October :)

Just ask by saying natural they mean they won't be stopping you constantly to take your picture
Most will do what you want if you ask them.
Lee scullian loves a posed picture so may be worth a look, but at the same time is quirky and a bit different x
