We have offers of Gazebos from friends which we will keep on standby (we are having a garden reception at home). I would imagine your venue would be able to supply a marquee. Why don't you check with them?

I've been thinking about this too as you just can't guarantee the weather! I'm guessing depends on how bad it is. I'm going to get a 'wedding' style umbrella in case it's light rain and then just keeping my fingers crossed! X

I am going to get a white umbrella in case of light rain but my venue has beautiful interiors too x

We're getting married in a Wildlife Park but the ceremony and reception are undercover.
If it rains I'm pretty screwed though 🤦🏻‍♀️ x

I know I'm really hoping it does not rain, as there are lovely gardens at our venue. We will just have the photos indoors, there is a lovely sweeping staircase we can use and a conservatory x

My nan always told me that its good luck. When she married my grandad it was lovely weather going in the church, but as soon as they exchanged vows it thundered & rained heavy.... they where married nearly 50 yrs til grandad passed away.... Dont know why she thought it was good luck they did nothing but bicker in the 30years i saw... lol
