When do you send out save the date invites

We sent ours around 18 months before

9-12 months before hand

All the ones I've had have been 12 months before. I'm not sure if I'm sending them as yet x

Lucy can i ask why you would send save the dates at the same time as invites? I thought they were meant to be prior? Not criticising just confused xxxx

I sent mine as soon as we had our date confirmed, around 15 months before the wedding date!

I did mine 18 months before sent them out with Christmas cards
