I bought mine from Wed2B, off the peg. Cost me £750 for the dress, veil, belt and petticoat.
Asos also do wedding dresses. Or Chi Chi London - they don't do wedding dresses but they do very nice white ones.
Wed2be comes up a lot. I've not got mine yet so can only go on what others say x

wed2be is brilliant,i bought mine from there and it's fantastic quality and a great price. just be careful with the extras as boleros , shrugs and belts are very expensive
