I asked my recently married friend and she said the only thing she regrets is not having it videoed. We've booked one for £350 (North West)

I got married last weekend there's so much that I didn't see (I can imagine) and it goes so quick it's hard to take everything in we paid for the top package so my husband had one with him in the morning as it's as much his day as mine and we had them there right into the evening it's personal preference as to what is a priority and for us at the end if it all, all your left with is the pictures the video and your memory of it and we wanted to be able to watch it and re live it as much as possible Haha I can't remember exactly what we paid but think it was around £1700 and I can't wait to see the video

It depends what area you live and what type of videographer you want. Ours is £1600 but he is the best around our area, his videos make me cry, they are so amazing! x

Definitely worth having. So much I wouldn't have seen if it wasn't for the videographer....my husbands nerves and the guests reactions when they arrived to see my husband in a kilt!!

I definitely would recommend. My brother is a videographer, so lucky to have him set the cameras up for me on the day. But have seen all the videos he's done of other people's weddings and they make me cry and I don't even know them, ha ha! All my friends booked him for their weddings and they love watching theirs as so much they missed or forgot due to the day flying by. They still watch theirs now. He works around the whole of the South East if that's near you.

It was a last min decision to hire a videographer and I'm so glad we did. As others have said, you see parts of your day and things/reactions that you missed. We paid £550 in the North East. X

This is one of the things I have been told people really regret not doing, it's nice to be able to sit and look back over your day together afterwards :) I have booked one for about £800

Nicola who did you use? xx

We've booked a wonderful videographer for £1000. For that we get a 2 hour feature of the day, and a 5-8 minute video we can share on social media as I'm sure we will be the only ones that want to watch the whole thing!

I've heard it's a real regret of a lot of couples getting married in this technological age if they haven't had one. My advice is to make sure you watch sample videos of the work they've done before; styles vary hugely between videographers. We wanted something light, ethereal, romantic and whimsical, whereas some are brighter, more modern and fun. Get someone who suits the style of your wedding and you as a couple xx

I had 1 & I love my video, the videographer caught so many things that my husband & I didn't see on the day. Your day goes so fast, it's nice to watch back. My videographer was the husband of my photographer, so we got a great package deal, we got both for just under £1000.

We managed to get a photographer and videographer for £1000. It was a wowcher deal but when I contacted them directly they made me a better offer. x
