Have you tried Newton House Barns in Burton on Trent, just outside of South Derbyshire?

Elvaston Hall/Castle in Derbyshire is beautiful, it's council owned so the rates are really good. All the best with your search!

Have you looked and Sandhole Oak Barn? We are looking at this for our venue, and it's around £5000 with catering and the evening reception xxx

I don't know of any places in that area but would a teepee hire be an option? Also consider a wedding off peak or during the week as you may get some really good deals well within your budget x

Our budget was 12,000 and we've booked Hyde Bank Farm in stockport (which is a wedding barn), get married in 25 days and we're bang on budget. I'd recommend visiting to get the full effect because their website and their Facebook don't have up to date pictures that do it justice. They have a huge panoramic window at one end of the barn that overlooks the goyt valley, it's absolutely stunning!!!

Trafford Hall near Chester - we're having our reception there and it's costing £500 to hire the whole venue and gardens. X

Try the plough inn in eaton, cheshire they have a barn and its gorgeous! Really good prices too!

Styal Lodge or Owen House Wedding Barn might be a a bit cheaper

Slater's Country Inn is beautiful it's Staffordshire but I feel in love as soon as we looked round. Only 2 and half weeks left to go. Xx

We are getting married at the doubletree hilton chester. It has a lovely barn and our whole package Is 5500 for a Thursday have a look!

I was going to say we are having tipi but they are t cheap if having lots of guests however if your not and only need one or two a great option x good luck

I cannot recommend the barn we got married in enough!!! It's Rivington Hall Barn and it's just stunning!!! It's family run and they just can't do enough for you. From booking until the end of the wedding day, we just couldn't fault them. Deffo worth a look!!!

Have a look at The Glade at Rosliston Forestry Center. We got married there and it's gorgeous. Really flexible venue as well. If they offer you Saffron Catering to do your food, use them - excellently priced, great variety and wonderful food. It's a lovely venue.
