Help! My sister has recently gone through a divorce but has starting seeing a guy who she wants to bring to my wedding (I have met him briefly and he seems nice enough but i don't know him). I have one free space from where her ex would have been sat but my niece also wants to bring her boyfriend who she has being seeing for a year but i don't know him very well. I'm stuck at what to do as i don't know either of them but don't want to upset anyone by saying no. Who do I give the spare seat to?

The table only fits up to 10 and i dont have any room on other tables unless they were sat on their own with my partners family - which i think would be cruel lol

How about inviting the nieces boyfriend to the evening and your sisters boyfriend to the day, just because you don't really know your nieces boyfriend x

My future brother in laws gf is coming to my wedding as she wasn't originally invited but have to invite her now so she is on a table by herself with my family I couldn't care less . Wasn't my choice to invite her

Maybe to be fair you can invite both men to the evening?
