Hi Have you looked on the ebay shops :)

Pick up a length of navy tulle or any sort of sheer navy fabric and sew it to a.hair comb.

I wanted a polka dot one but struggled to find one, I bought the fabric from eBay then used a tutorial on youtube to make it. I don't know if you are crafty but it was really easy and didn't cost as much as buying one x

Have you tried Etsy or Ebay?It might be a bespoke order,or make one yourself if you're crafty

Have you tried the people who dye shoes? Rainbow or something like that? Maybe they can dye one?

Best bet would be having it made or dying a white one.

Crown and Glory had different veils, they might let you choose your own colour too :)
