People should buy their own confetti at least they used to:)

I think it depends on how strict your venue is on type of confetti you can use. If they are strict I would provide enough for a handful per guest. If they are not strict then I would provide less and let people know to bring their own. x

I have bought little organza pouches and have been drying my rose petals for months, so will fill each one and give to guests. Ask friends to donate their flowers once they are nearly finished with.

Up to you really - maybe do 1 per 2 people? Some weddings i've seen they have just had flower petals or confetti in baskets and everyone takes a handful as they line up
