What to wear.

Hi all I am getting married in September, but I have one slight problem I am allergic to UVA and UVB. I have brought a dress, Cape, long gloves and a parasol but I am worried I will look stupid and nothing like I dreamed. One little reaction will ruin the whole day I am really starting the have panic attacks about this.

Have you made sure your venue is safe for you, I am sure you will look beautiful in your outfit and dont worry

Your happiness is what makes you beautiful and you'll never be add happy as on your wedding day. Your dress will look beautiful because you will be beautiful.
Just have a chat with the venue coordinator about precautions that can be made.

I’m sure your loved ones know about your condition and wouldn’t judge. You wear whatever makes you feel beautiful but importantly, comfortable. Have you considered a wedding after sunset?

Where are you getting married? Are there any adjustments like putting blinds up that your venue could do. Most venues if you ask are happy to accommodate for medical conditions x

Ifnit help bridal hats sr coming back in fashion to wear instead of a veil if this makes you feel more comfortable and protected

What about an evening wedding, romantic, candle lit?

UKbride Member 11 Feb 2020

My brother and sister in law got married by candlelight in November at 4.30pm. It was absolutely beautiful, and no sun to worry about! Also, it might not be what you pictured, but I'm sure when you look back on pictures of the day you'll think how happy and lovely you look, and not feel silly at all :) xo

I suffer the same allergies. I have cream to wear everyday to protect me. I also have phototherapy every year to help. Can your doctor help?

I think it all sounds wonderful and you will look unique and fabulous on your special day. If anyone has a pop at you, then they're insensitive tosspots for not understanding your need to protect your skin. 💖💖💖
