Hair & Make Up

Hi I'm really struggling to find a hair and make up business that will come to the venue and style myself, 6 bridesmaids and 2 flower girls. The problem is time do I need a team of people, get hair and make up separately and also how can you confirm with a freelancer so they cant let you down on the day? TIA Laura :)
