I'm having a bit of a dilemma with my wedding cake.. we found someone we like at a wedding fair to make our cake, filled a booking in form and been round to her house to pick out design and cake flavours. I asked her if we needed to pay a deposit and she said not to worry about it and that she would get back to me with a price. It's now been over 6 weeks and I still haven't heard anything, I have text her to remind her and still nothing (she did have a baby before Christmas and I know shes probably just busy, but do I need to be nervous that shes not replying?) My wedding isn't until next may but just want to get it finalised!
I would try to get in touch again if not start looking else where as people do get booked up fast x
I agree with Becky. Get in touch and give her a deadline. If she hasn’t made contact by your allotted time, go somewhere else x
