That is perfect for a simple wedding and it's up to you how much and what you would like to wear.

I've found a dress for £68 and it's stunning so that's what I'm happy with and it's the same if it was over £1000

If that's what you want to wear that's it's your decision. There are lots of simple dresses out there. Jjs house and asos and chi chi London have some lovely ones too!

I went to a wedding last year and the bride wore a dress similar to that and a pretty blue cardigan and it worked perfectly for their casual wedding - it’s your day so you can wear whatever you’d like to wear 🙂

Just ask yourself if it’s special enough if it is then great but hopefully you only get one chance to wear a wedding dress

If I was you, I'd look at some proper wedding dresses first then if you still want this then go for it. But I'd at least have a look. Or visit jjs House and they have some beautiful dresses for a very reasonable price. Not to wedding like and some very wedding like dresses xxx

What u wear is up to u, if you like it and will feel comfortable in it go for it. Whatever you wear I'm sure you will look amazing.. it doesn't have to be a full on wedding dress.. and as for the other comments try on some PROPPER wedding dresses 1st!!!! What does that even mean.??? There is no such thing as a proper wedding dress it's all personal taste... you will look stunning regardless what you choose to wear.

It's your day, wear what you like. We had a very quiet wedding with just the two of us and our witnesses. I really didn't want to waste a heap of money on a dress I was only going to wear for a few hours. I bought a lovely dress in a local shop sale that I loved and felt comfortable in. Everyone who's seen our pics comments how relaxed and happy we look. I think if we'd gone for the whole expected wedding dress and reception we would've both hated it. We got married and then went away for a few days. No fuss, no stress and no overdraft!

I think you should wear what you’re comfortable in but it might be nice to try some less traditional dresses. I’m in Bali and some of the beach dresses are beautiful. Simple yet elegant. My daughter gets married in July and trying on dresses was an amazing experience. Be happy and enjoy your special day whatever you choose x

Me and my hubby eloped and I bought a reduced wedding dress and had it altered, probably would have been a lot cheaper and easier if I had found a simple white dress. I loved my dress but I think I convinced myself I needed a ‘wedding dress ‘ when I would have been just as happy in any dress, so if you like it go for it x

You can wear whatever the hell you like for your special day! Dont need to ask anyone else for their opinions. If you like your dress and it makes you feel comfortable and happy then your confidence and beauty will add to the final look and you will look perfect! Have a wonderful day xx

Wear what ever you are comfortable in, it’s your day and your happiness ... a wedding isn’t about what you wear !!.... it’s about that you get to marry the person you want to spend the rest of your life xxx
