I’m not getting married until July and I have had these kinds of dreams. I’ve spoken to friends who are already married and have been told it is completely normal 😊

I’m this Saturday 23rd and have been dreaming for weeks! Try to relax before bed and don’t do anything wedding related. Hard I know 🙄😂

I had this. I dreamt they'd lost my walk up and down the aisle music, and I was frantically trying to download it on my phone with no wifi and everyone being really nasty and unhelpful. It ended with me calling my fiance and saying the entire wedding was off. (Not because of the music, because of the cruelty of the people I love). Anyway, woke up with the two songs downloaded on my phone. I must have woken up and done it so I could sleep. I have no memory of it though.

Honestly on the day you just won’t care - I tripped on way into the aisle, I pronounced his surname wrong it’s Smith 🙈 the table plan was wrong, a fire alarm went off about 2am. Don’t give a crap about any of it was the best day of my life xx

It's normal I got married 2 years ago in May and had vivid dreams that things would go wrong but the day was perfect even the threatening thunder storm stayed off making the garden party afterwards perfect... don't worry it will be brilliant x

Yup. Totally normal.
I dreamt that my bridesmaids put on their dresses but they were different to the ones I bought. One of them told me it was because they didn’t like the ones I got them and they didn’t know how to tell me.

I also dreamt my dress ripped, I fell over, no one turned up, groom didn’t turn up. All the normal ones!

Yep same for me...I get married on May 5th and I’ve been having those kind of dreams for a few months...

Just remember that only you will know what should happen on the day...if things don’t go quite according to plan nobody will be any the wiser...🥂

Depends on if you consider yourself slightly psychic like myself. I had a dream about the evening venue being in the wrong place. My evening venue ended up letting me down.
I'm just hoping I remember to take my shoes and ring to the county we're getting married in lol

I had my first one of those dreams last week. Had a dream that it was the day before the wedding and I hadn’t booked hair or makeup and I was rushing about looking for a dress 😂

Things will go wrong on the day. Accept it and move on. That's inevitable.
As long as you walk away married to the man you love, nothing else matters. Don't lose sleep over this.

I get married in 4 weeks. Last week I had a dream that something went wrong, and we all had to wolf down our meals before the ceremony. Then it was basically a disaster after that, of forgotten wedding rings and no tables, etc. Think it’s just my brain getting all the stress out of its system!

UKbride Administrator 20 Mar 2019

Totally normal! I had these dreams constantly throughout the planning and got more frequent the closer it got. Don’t worry it’ll all be fine, end of the day if anything goes wrong you’re likely not going to notice or you’ll be so happy that it just won’t matter. Things went wrong on my day but I just shrugged it off because end of the day, I was marrying the love of my life and nothing else mattered
