What can I use instead of flowers for a bouquet? I have really bad hayfever and I dont want to spend £100s on fake flowers as I dont like flowers

If you have know someone who can knit or crochet you could do that, I am doing that due to my hay-fever x

I had silk flowers - for my bouquet, 2 for the bridesmaids and I think 10 button holes it came to less than £100. But equally you don’t HAVE to carry anything. Depending on the weather you can hide your hands in a muff, or a photo of gone but not forgotten ones, or something that’s a hidden joke between you and your partner. It is your day, you don’t have to do anything you don’t want to do!

I was exactly the same! Bad hayfever and really not a lover of flowers so I had paper ones made and I love them! X

Ribbons, buttons, feathers and jewellery bouquets are all lovely alternatives. I've seen dougnut and pizza bouquets too. You could have a succulents bouquet. Do you have a hobby you could showcase, for example, if you knit/crochet, you could have a yarn bouquet. You may even want to forego a bouquet and carry an object, such as a beautiful bridal clutch or a lantern

I used fake flowers from Amazon and it cost me in total 12 earthly pounds. I arranged them myself and then stuck on brooches from all the women in my family. They won't go off, my husband is massively allergic to pollen so it didn't affect him and I get to keep it forever.

How many people skipped the part where she doesn’t want flowers even if they’re fake. 😂
Just don’t use anything. You’ll have someone on your arm anyway (I’m guessing) so you won’t feel bare. Don’t waste money. If you have someone very special to you who you wish were with you. You could have a frame with a photo of them with ribbon to hold on to. It’s not my preference as I don’t have anyone who id have but it’s an option If you were very close to someone who has passed.
