Canvas Warriors are amazing at customising. They're known for hand painting converse shoes with geeky things already, Sandira has also done wedding shoes. They're at most conventions here in the UK and do Europe too, if you've been to LFCC you'll have seen their stall. Xxx

not sure about converse, but with vans you can customise your own shoes on their website. possibly converse do the same
