How many guests you're allowed during the ceremony and the reception, do they do an all inclusive package or do you have to sort out your caterers, dj etc yourself, what is the deposit and when do you have to pay the rest, what is the timings of a usual wedding, do you need to provide your own alcohol.
They should give you a brochure and walk you round explaining things, and you'll probably think of more questions as you go :)

All the above, plus can cars be left overnight, and if so do they need to be collected by a certain time.

Ask if there is a corkage charge for table wine (if you provide it yourself), is there a mic for speeches, is table decorations included or would you need to do this yourself.

Best of luck with the planning xx

Clear up day after, do they do it or do you have to do it the night of your wedding?
Food with venue? What is included within the price? Always ask for money off some will others won’t but you can always push for free table wine or something.

Ask if the venue is exclusively yours or if there's a chance you'll see strangers there! Also ask if their rates include VAT!

Ask if you can use confetti and balloons some venues don’t like them. Also if they have package deals ask if you can use outside suppliers as you will find if they already supply it eg. Candy cart, DJ etc you might not be allowed hire other suppliers.

Ask if there is a sound/ noise limiter in place. Some venues that are near residencies have these installed, they’re pieces of equipment that basically cut off the music if it goes beyond a certain noise level.
