Hi guys, I've been stressing about choosing my bridesmaids and MOH. When I first got engaged I told my friend of 14 years that she might have to be my MOH. However as time has passed I realised that we don't really keep in contact, we see each other maybe twice a year and don't really talk in general. I'm now a little more annoyed afrer I realised since I moved away (30 min drive 2 years ago) she has missed the housewarming, birthdays, new year, Christmas and our engagement party. But I don't know how to tell her or if she will be upset if I tell her she won't be the MOH. In fact I'm not sure if I want her in the bridal party at all. I just don't know what to do. Do I keep her in the bridal party? Do I even tell her she's not MOH (well over a year has passed since I said this)? At the same time I am a little worried that she will be really upset by either decision and I just don't know what to do. I know I only want her there as we've known each other the longest even though we have drifted apart.
