Hi, has anyone bought a veil online or from somewhere other than a traditional bridal shop? Just wondering whether you can potentially save money on this or if you have to spend out to get a good one :) thanks x

Try jjs house online, I ordered a veil and hair piece from there, they’re based in Hong Kong however the p p was £4, so altogether I paid £30 for everything and they’re really nice x

Etsy is the place to go veils. So many options so even if you fancy something a bit different (I'm having a cape veil) you are sure to find something and there is something for all price points

I’ll second jjs house paid £5 for mine and it was beautiful and soft I found the one I ordered off of eBay was very rough cheap material I didn’t see the point of spending anymore then £20 on a veil let alone £100 as you only wear if for a hour or so x

I bought mine off Etsy. £60 plus a £16 import fee from the US. Same style in a bridal shop would have been at least £250.
Was great quality too.

I used theweddingveilshop.co.uk. Not quite as cheap as eBay but still lots of affordable choices, and a choice of shades as well so you can compliment the dress or your own colouring.
