Looking for some advice. The wedding venue which we have chosen and the package includes 45 guests. Any additional guests costs around £35 per head. Unfortunately due to circumstances in finance we wont be able to have above the number allocated with the package, this ultimately means not inviting some family members. Just to clarify I haven't sent out invitations yet and see these people probably once a year, sometimes less. However as they've spoken to other family members I know they're expecting an invite, how do I broach this subject nicely?
Can you send the others an evening invite? Ive just said that I want my ceremony to be small and have everyone at the evening do x
Hi just tell them with your budget you can't afford to go above what the venue has allocated :)
