I got married at 3pm. I had six bridesmaid and needed the time for everyone to get ready.
We are marrying at 12 to have our wedding breakfast at 2.30. our evening reception starts at 7 and food at about 8.30. our whole day revolves around the food....I am a hangry person!
Mine is booked for 12 noon
Our ceremony is at 1pm, it was the only time they had left. Then canapés afterwards. Main meal at about 4.30 with dessert, then cake and evening snacks at about 8.30?

Ours is at 12 with wedding breakfast at 3 and evening reception at 7:30. That suits us fine but I'm more worried about the guests getting bored x
We’re getting married at 1.30 x
We wanted 1.30 but the registrar wasn't free til 2.30. So now 2.30 with wedding breakfast at approx 4 leaving us to have evening buffet approx 8/ 8.30
We're getting married at 2pm so it's nice and relaxed for all, eat at 4pm then buffet at 9 😊
Getting married at 4pm. Wedding buffet breakfast at 6pm. Then cheese biscuits and gala pies at around 9pm
We got married at 2pm sit down meal at 4 we had starter and then speeches so we had some food in us. Buffet in the evening about 8/9pm
I got married at 12. Wish I could have booked earlier your day will be full of busy so I advise to book as early as you can :) then more time to relax when possible :)
We got married at 1.30pm. Was perfect as people had eaten lunch before they came and it was ‘dinner time’ when we sat down for the meal. It also gave me enough time to get ready in the morning and not rush about. Happy planning!!!! X
We had a 12 o clock ceremony as got married in Dec so gave us light afterwards for outdoor photos as gets dark by 2.30. We had speeches at 3 and we had been clear to everyone they couldn't be longer than 5 mins. We had food at 3.15/3.20 x
Our ceremony is at 1:30 followed by canapés at 2:30, wedding breakfast at 4, then evening buffet at 7:30pm
When I rang the registry office they only had 12 o'clock or 3pm available. If I'd done it at midday, then there would have been a couple hours where there was nothing for my guests to do. So we're doing it at 3pm. But having guests arrive at 2pm for the canapés and drinks. Then evening people will arrive about half 6/7..
We're getting married at 3pm. I used to work as a wedding coordinator in a venue and most of our wedding began at 3pm - the day flows quite nicely, there isn't much hanging around but its not rushed either :)
Our venue advised 2pm, we sit down at 3.45 with the wedding breakfast served from 4. We then have the buffet at 9. Want enough time between the meal and the buffet
We are getting married at 2pm in a church.. having 200 guests day and night (so everyone gets to see the ceremony). Our reception is about 15min drive away.. we are having a hot buffet.. I am hoping feeding people once will be enough.. but I am going to do a huge sweet table
We're getting married at 12 as it's a winter wedding so the lighting will be the best at that time
I'm getting married at 4pm, then having a hog roast and buffet at local community centre.. We wanted a later one as we found at previous weddings we were so tired as we were up so early in the morning.
I’m having mine at 3pm, less rush, I can relax and I don’t have to worry about what to feed everyone to stop them getting hangry! X
Our registrar advised 2pm was the most popular time, were having a civil ceremony. Plenty of time to get ready without rushing, and plenty of time to enjoy the rest of the day
We are getting married at 12pm. I wanted 1pm but, the registrar couldn't do that time. We are hoping to have our wedding breakfast at 2pm and the evening buffet at 7pm.
So happy to see everyone has a different time in mind which suites them and there day. I'm stuck with the decision of either 10:30 or 4pm. I'm not particularly happy with either. 4pm is far too late considering we've booked a 3 course meal, canapes and then a hog roast for the evening. I feel like half the day will have gone by the time we get there. So it looks like it's going to have to be the 10.30 booking. I will just have to rush x
We're getting married at 4pm, having a good old fashioned buffet
I’m getting married at 4:30 so not having a wedding breakfast but I am thinking of going for a breakfast with some of my family in the morning then get ready.
