I felt nervous too but don't worry -
Its all simple stuff - they ask for your details like date of birth, etc and ask what your partners are. Date and time of your ceremony, where it is, etc.

As the others have said it is quite painless. Just take all the stuff like your birth certificate and proof of address or you will have to return with it. You can check what is required for your local area online.
