I’m regards to bridesmaid outfits, is it ok agree to pay for half of their dresses, on the condition they are all the same length & colour. Shoes & all accessories are up to them individually to choose & buy. Also considering offering to pay for their hair/makeup or anything else they would like Where do people stand on this? As I don’t have a lot of money to spend
I was happy to pay towards my dress as a bridesmaid but would never ever expect a bride to pay for bridesmaid hair or makeup x

I think it does depend on everyone's budget, but I personally don't feel comfortable making my girls pay for dresses to attend my wedding when I have asked them to be apart of my day. I have paid for their dresses and am going to pay to have their hair done, Their shoes and accessories are completely up to them to choose and buy. They can pay extra to have their make up done on the day or they can chose to do it themselves. With their dresses I gave them a selection of 8 dresses (all the same colour) but they didn't have to match - this helped keep me within budget and kept them happy.
It depends on your budget. I wouldnt expect the bride to pay for hair and make up though. x
