Wedding is booked for April 2018... I think I have everything booked and now feel like nothing is happening! Is it normal to have a period of time like this... It feels like I don't have anything wedding related to even look at until I send the invites out ????

Well done on being so organised. Yes, I think it is normal to have a period like this. Make the most of it because I am sure it will become hectic in the run up to the big day.
Yes I am finding that too right now, I'm getting married on 18th Feb 2018. I am doing things early - I've made and sent out invites already and I have also just ordered everything I need to make my favours. I don't want to rush around nearer the time
I felt all over the place booking a venue and now that is done I feel at a stand still knowing there is still so much to be done! I am usually very organised so hopefully I won't miss anything. Try and enjoy the peace while it lasts! :)
I too am feeling like this right now. Most of the big things are booked for our March 2019 wedding. I started early so I could save as I go, plus meant I could have everyone I wanted. We've booked the venue, package including food and drink, photographer, entertainment, florist, registrar I will book in 9 days time (books don't open more than 18 months in advance). That's my big worry, I've booked it all and there won't be a registrar available. lol.
Waiting till the new year now and then I'll start looking for my dress, bridesmaids, order invites, grooms attire, a friends mum who bakes for a hobby is baking our cake. So I'm feeling pretty lost, feel like I should have more to do. lol. I'm sure things will get busier. x
