I recommend 3 sessions of an hour and a half
1. We work out moves you are comfortable with
2. I work through your full routine leaving you with a video on your phone to practice too and a written down set of moves
3. Wearing the correct shoes we perfect all the moves, where you face etc etc, till you are 100% confident and happy with the routine
