Dear All,

I know this may not be a usual request:

I have been married (happily) for 5 years! But my dress and shoes are collecting dust,

I want to wear them again! I have seen trash the dress sessions and they are kinda cool.

My dress is a ***v3r@ w@n6 and shoes ***j1mmy (h005, they got a little grubby at the wedding, but I thought I would get around to cleaning them, but I havent!

So I thought in for a penny in for a pound,

What are peoples thoughts / suggestions?

If you really want to do it go for it!

Other suggestions I can think of, renewing vows, get your dress made into something else (if it can be done) if not something to wear than as a patchwork blanket along with other clothes/fabric you would want to use (makes a lovely keep sake), themed party, halloween costume (add fake blood etc)?

Shoes wise could wear for special occasions, would get lots of use out them then.

Hope this helps a little.

No way- if I had a pair of JC shoes I woukd be looking after them and wearing them again- (free good home here!) As for your dress, if you don't feel you want to keep it then go to one of the trash the dress sessions- I personally want to keep mine

If they're size 3 or 3.5 send the JC's to .............. me!

Trash the dress sessions can be cool but a VW dress would probably fetch a good second hand price if you dry clean it.
