Just a quick question #, im doing my own table plan menu table settings, and want to know do you put peoples full name as in first and last or just first names ? is it too impersonal?

I am going to put first and last names as it is more formal in my opining and we are having a formal sit down.
For top table we are having their roles on the place names and both role and name on table plan I think (This may change as my sisters OH is on top table and he doesn't have a role)
