Hi all when I got measured for my dress in Jan the store told me that it would be approx 12 weeks that my dress would be in store. 12 weeks was friday 17th I just dont know what to do I dont want to be a bridezilla but i dont want to leave it too long either. Im not fussed if its still a couple of weeks away as its less time I need to store it at my BILs mums house but should I chase the store or leave it a week or so more?

Mine took longer than they said as well. What designer is it?
Mine was longer. They said 5 months which is technically 2nd April but I only got the call 2 days ago so give it time. Wouldn't hurt to call as I did at the beginning of April just to see how the land lied really. They won't mind I'm sure x

Think I was told about 6 months, it took around 7, I think it depends on the designer as some take a bit longer to make.

The store I bought mine told me a estimated time and It had gone over that so I rang them and they were like "oh yes it's been for over a week didn't someone phone you" So no harm is asking how much longer it will be Xx

IrishBride thats what im worried about that it is actually in id rather it stayed longer in the shop than in my bils mums house. I know it sounds really daft Im going to leave it until next week when it would be almost 14 weeks

So I gave in and phoned today 13 weeks since my dress was ordered and its not in, the lady was lovely and said that it can be up to 16 weeks so fair enough, if its another 3 weeks so be it :)
